Schedule a Pool Party

Private Pool: Parties may be reserved from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., providing no other special event is scheduled.  

  • $150 per Party up to 25 people

  • $200 per Party 26 - 50 people

  • Includes:

    • $50 Rental Fee for a 2-hour party (payment required with reservation form)

    • Lifeguard Fee $50 per lifeguard (1-25 guests require 2 Guards, 26 - 50 requires 3 Guards)

  • 50+ people negotiable with Pool Board


 

Courtyard Pool Parties:  parties held during normal operation hours are available to FC members ONLY.  They must end before 6 pm on any day.  Party guests of members and non-member swimmers are permitted.  All non-members are limited to 10.  Non-swimmers are no charge.  The courtyard is located on the north side of the pool behind the girl’s bathroom.  It is a two-hour limit for the courtyard.

$25 usage fee applied plus a $5 guest pass fee must be purchased for all non-members up to 10.  $75 maximum total ($25 usage + a maximum of 10 guests at $5)  

 

No parties may be held in the pool patio areas.

Reserve Park Area

  • Park may be reserved from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. providing no other special event has previously been scheduled. 

  • A $100, fully refundable, deposit in the form of a check should be submitted to an employee or board member of the Forest Creek Pool while the pool is open for operations.

  • A reservation only guarantees another group is not planning an event at that time and not that no other people will be in the park.
