Keeping Forest Creek Pool Safe and Fun
At Forest Creek Pool, our rules are designed to support a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone. Some guidelines are required by city regulations, while others help preserve the respectful community atmosphere that members and families have enjoyed for decades.

Forest Creek Pool is charted by the city of Tulsa as a members only pool, which means we are not allowed to let people swim for the day.

Members can bring up to 5 guests ($5/guest) each day. Member must be present.

Flotation devices must be clear enough that the lifeguards can see if someone is below that needs assistance. Also, during busy times, it is recommended not to use flotaton devices.
To help ensure a great experience for all members, listed below are the membership terms agreed to during registration.
Plan Policy
Members must be in the same household if choosing a membership other than a Single. Minors, 12 and over, may join with parent permission and pass a swimming test. No guest passes for same household members; see punch card details below. Children 2 and under are free. Grandparents may include grandkids not residing in the household. Waiver and Release of all Claims and Assumption of Risk Please read this form carefully. Please take notice that in signing this waiver you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which you or your minor child/ward might sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with and associated with the pool and FCR property. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in this program/activity, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that my minor child/ward or I may sustain as a result of said participation. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my minor child/ward may have (or accrue to me or my child/ward) as a result of participation in this program/activity against Forest Creek Recreation, Inc., including its officials, agents, volunteers and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “FCR”). I do hereby fully release and forever discharge and hold harmless FCR from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or loss that my minor child/ward or I may have or which may accrue to me or my minor child/ward and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with this program/activity. I understand that memberships may only be used by individuals to whom they are issued and misuse is cause for cancellation of the membership. I have read and understand the policy and waiver above.
